DIRECTOR of a law firm

Neveen was previously Director and Head of the Immigration department at the UK's largest publicly funded Law firm in England & Wales. Neveen was promoted to Head of Department established a highly successful Immigration team in 2007 which saw the firm department expand as the largest immigration department in the UK and ranked in the Legal 500. Neveen was later appointed as joint Director of the Immigration Department in 2008.

Neveen was admitted as a solicitor in July 2005 and is accredited under the Law Society's IAAS as a Senior advisor in Immigration Law. Neveen has strong expertise in advising clients on Immigration and Public Law, Practice and Policy.

Neveen is honorary treasurer of Hexagon Legal Network which she co-founded in July 2017.

Neveen's experience covers all aspects of Immigration, Public and Human Rights law with extensive experience of complex immigration and detention cases. Neveen has an impressive success rate of winning appeals with particular strength in challenging the lawfulness of detention. Neveen is an appeal court advocate having considerable experience of conducting advocacy before the Courts and Tribunals.
